In Brown Dwarfs come of Age, held in Fuerteventura from May 20 to May 24 2013, about one hundred researchers gathered to present and discuss the abundant harvest of scientific results produced over the past 18 years since the discoveries of the first brown dwarfs. This conference was promoted by the Fundación Galileo Galilei-INAF, that also hosted the headquarters of the organization and offered grants for colleagues from economically less privileged countries and young scientists.
