Protection of Personal Data
In the framework of the proposal submission procedure, the FUNDACIÓN GALILEO GALILEI-INAF, FUNDACIÓN CANARIA, hereafter FGG, will collect and process Personal Data of the applicants.
As laid down in the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13rd December 1999, concerning the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), the FGG commits itself to respect all the duties arising from the legislation and any other regulation or complementary directive being applicable.
Following the above mentioned regulation, the FGG commits itself to keep the collected information with the necessary conditions of security and protection against third parties and in the frame of the existing rules of security, in particular those reported in the article 79 and in the following ones of the Royal decree 1720/2007, of 21st December 2007, referring to the application of the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13th (RLOPD).
The FGG commits itself not to reveal, nor transfer, nor make available neither transmit to any third party the Personal Data received orally or written, by electronic media, by paper or by informatics access.
Considering what established in the art. 5 of the LOPD, the FGG informs all the applicants, that their Personal Data will be stored in a file of its ownership. The purpose of this file is to manage and process the necessary informations to accomplish the selection procedure of the FGG and the circumstances arising from it.
The FGG, complying with the laws regarding the Protection of Data pertaining to individuals, informs that you have the right to access, correct, cancel and oppose yourself as far as the collection of your Personal Data is concerned, in the framework of terms and conditions legally established.
