LRS Measured Throughput

Figure 1 shows the empirical throughput of LRS as obtained from a spectrophotometric standard star.
The Y-axis in the Efficiency of the TNG+LRS system with the low resolution blue (LRB) grism.
For this test, a 5.0" slit has been used in a photometric night with typical extinction.

Figure 2 shows the response of the TNG+LRS in terms of standard star magnitude.
The same setup and conditions as in Figure 1 were adopted during the test.
The Y-axis is the apparent AB magnitude of star observed at zenith which gives ONE detected photon per second per Angstrom.
