I will tell stories and show photos from my trip to Beijing, trying to convey the pleasure of travelling East to the Pacific slowly enough to see the changes of scenary, faces, cultures, religions, art, languages, food, etc., in company of three books: The Million by Marco Polo, The Beijing- Paris Raid by Luigi Barzini and The Invisible Cities by Italo Calvino.
